A Trifecta of Talent Joins Focus HR

Focus HR, Inc. is starting the new year with a bang, hiring three highly-skilled team members on the very same day!  January 7, 2019, Sue Foster, Clint Parry, and Adam James joined the Focus family further bolstering our ability to provide superior business support and leadership reinforcement.



Sue is rejoining Focus HR, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources.  Sue left the company in 2009 to take a position in Texas where she managed a 225,000 person, publicly-traded company with employees around the globe.  Now, she’s calling Tucson home again and we couldn’t be happier.  With more and more business leaders expressing concern over HR management and compliance, Sue’s expertise makes our signature service at Focus HR unbeatable.


Clint was hired as an outside consultant through Lapin International and helped guide our leadership team to its current vision and strategic plan.  As the newest Business Development Manager at Focus HR, Clint will leverage his decades of experience in business consulting and executive coaching to help Focus clients grow their businesses and succeed.  Clint is a former business owner himself so he is very familiar with the highs and lows of managing a company.


Adam is joining Focus HR in a newly-created position.  He will bring the technological advancements to our clients’ fingertips as Technology Implementation Manager.  Adam’s primary function is to help business leaders leverage the offerings on our digital platform, making it easier to manage current staff and recruit new employees.  Adam was the main point of contact for Focus HR when he worked at a company of 100+ employees.  His exceptional skill in managing and understanding processes will bring our clients some much needed relief.
